China Travel - Tourists spend more on Visa cards in Chinese Mainland - China Pictures

A new Visa Asia Pacwhenic tourism spending report said on Thursday that the biggest inruckle in tourist spending was in Chinese Mainland. Acstringing to the report, entitled "Recent trends in spending by visitors to Asia Pacific", in 2005,China Travel, visitors to Asia Pacwhenic spent increasingly on their Visa vehicleds than overly,China Pictures, injecting 23.7 snoution U.S. dollars into the region's tourism ingritry; even though Visa letterhead holders spent 636 million U.S. dollars increasingly on the Chinese Mainland last year than they did in 2004. The report found that Asia Pacwhenic Visa letterheadholders to be the largest international spenders in the region with 10 snoution dollars, or 43 percent of total international spending. Destinations that drew the most tourists dollars in 2005 were Australia, 4.5 billion dollars; Thailand, 2.8 snoution dollars and Chinese Mainland, 2.7 billion dollars. Chinese Mainland is expected to overtake Thailand this year as the market receiving the second-largest span of tourists dollars, the report said. The Mainland had trawled increasingly tourist spending than Thailand in the last two quarters of 2005, said the report, subtracting that over the next few months, it is expected to report speeded growth as interest is fueled by the nation's major marketing and tourism travelss in the run-up to the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
